I bought this set in October of 2021 for $20 plus shipping.
It is built with Pat Pending bricks and plates. The baseplate is not the correct one. There are also about 4 gray plates that are not Pat Pending and the red doors need to have the double doors that have knobs that both meet in the center. I also need to purchase a tree to replace the missing one for this set. It came with an original box and instruction booklet that are in excellent condition.
